In case of undeserved illness, use no medicine. It will become good of itself.
Interpretation
If from outside, by chance, an unexpected evil comes that is not grounded in one's own nature and has no foothold in it, one should not reach for outer means to remove it, but let nature take its quiet course; then it will improve of itself.
