The Line

One draws from the well without hindrance. It is reliable. Sublime good fortune!

Interpretation

The well is there for all. No prohibition restricts those who draw. But however many come, they find what they need; for the well is reliable. It has a spring and does not dry up; therefore it is a great good fortune for the whole land: so the truly great man, who is inexhaustibly rich in inner good. The more people draw from them, the greater their wealth becomes.
