Interpretation

The time of transition is there. But one does not have the strength to complete the transition. Were one to try to force it, this would be ominous, just because then the collapse would be unavoidable. What then is to be done? One must create a new situation; one must draw on the forces of capable helpers and with them together take the decisive step, cross the great water. Then the completion will become possible.
